IndyCar has imposed a maximum rear wing profile for this weekend's race at Iowa in the hope of reducing downforce and putting more emphasis upon driver skill following the success of similar measures at Texas two weeks ago. The series has imposed a maximum rear flap angle of 37 degrees with no gurney flap allowed for the race. It believes will cut downforce by between eight and nine per cent.
