Webster to make F3 debut at Zandvoort

British teenager Josh Webster is to make his Formula 3 debut in this weekend's Masters of F3 at Zandvoort. Webster, who is second in the Formula Renault BARC Championship, will race a National Class Dallara-Mugen Honda run by T-Sport
