Castroneves gets engine penalty

IndyCar title contender Helio Castroneves will be issued with a 10-place grid penalty for Sunday's race at Mid-Ohio after the Penske team opted to make a strategic engine change. Team president Tim Cindric confirmed via Twitter that the decision had been taken to update Castroneves' engine to a newer spec in response to the storms that are forecast for race day.
