Harvey given post-race penalty

British Formula 3 International Series title contender Jack Harvey has been hit with his second penalty of the weekend at Silverstone. Harvey, who finished second in race two in his Carlin Dallara-Volkswagen, has had 30 seconds added onto his race time for his collision with Pipo Derani, and for weaving along the start-finish straight to keep the Brazilian behind. Harvey has also been given a five-place grid demotion for the weekend's third and final race, dropping him from third to eighth in the starting order
