Maldonado penalised for blocking

Pastor Maldonado has lost his third place on the Belgian Grand Prix grid after being penalised for blocking Nico Hulkenberg in qualifying. The stewards imposed a three-place grid penalty on the Williams driver, dropping him to sixth.
