Rosberg blames himself for Q1 exit

Nico Rosberg admitted that it was probably his own fault that he ran out of time for a final Q1 lap in Belgian Grand Prix qualifying. Already facing a five-place grid penalty after a morning gearbox failure, the Mercedes driver was only 18th fastest at Spa.
